Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 2 days of receiving your package. No explanation is required for cancellation within this period.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No additional refund processing fees will be charged.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must have been delivered within the last 2 days.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for:

- Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
- Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons once opened or unsealed.
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.

Sale Items
Refunds are available only for products purchased at their regular price.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds, unless required by applicable law.

Gift Orders
If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued after the return is received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, or it was shipped to the purchaser first before being gifted, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
